Comfort Care is our annual maintenance subscription. One fixed monthly payment covers your annual service, engineer travel, remote monitoring and priority support — from the team that installs these systems every day.

Annual service visit
One comprehensive annual service per 12-month plan period, with performance testing, an efficiency assessment, refrigerant pressure checks and standard filter cleaning or replacement.
Travel and records included
Engineer travel is part of the one monthly price, and every visit ends with a written service report and clear service records that support manufacturer warranty requirements.
Remote system monitoring
For online-connected heat pumps we monitor performance remotely and can diagnose issues before you notice them — catching problems early and reducing unnecessary callouts.
Priority scheduling and support
Members get priority booking for service appointments ahead of non-members, plus a dedicated priority telephone line during office hours.
Member savings
25% off repairs, and a warranty kept on track.
Members save 25% on both parts and labour for any repair work needed — a single unplanned repair can offset months of subscription cost.
Annual servicing also helps keep manufacturer warranty records up to date, so your cover is supported by scheduled maintenance and clear service records throughout the plan.
