Care Service Plan

As part of our commitment to providing customers with on-going support and service. We understand that a response to any issue with your heating or hot water system is a priority. We are here to help...

Therefore, we have developed 2 plans to suit both domestic and commercial customers. The key difference between the 2 plans is our response time in the event of an issue during the peak of winter. Commercial Care is tailored to customers whose business relies on a fully operational heating system.

An annual service/health check is included in our Domestic-Care and Commercial-Care service plans ensuring your heating system continues to run reliably.  If you choose not to proceed with a service plan you still need to service your equipment as it is a requirement for validity of manufacturer’s warranty and eligibility for RHI payments.

Additionally, if you are on a Care plan you will benefit from discounted engineer and mileage rates.

On the rare occasion a system fault does develop, we will attend as soon as possible even if you don’t have a service plan, but if you would like to be a top priority for our engineer support, a Care service plan contract is for you.

Summary of the plans are as follows:

Domestic-Care

Priority call-out support. A callout will be pushed to the top of our priority list.
24 hour maximum response time for an engineer on site if reported before 12pm for an Emergency*.
72 hour maximum response time for an engineer on site if reported before 12pm for any other required call-out. In most instances we shall be with you before this.

Annual service arranged in advance.
No mileage charge as we will plan the service in our normal operations to minimise travelling along with other calls.
