We want to make trading with Thermal Earth as simple as possible. A trade credit account lets you order online and manage purchases directly against your account — no purchase orders, no upfront payment on every transaction.
How it works
Applying takes just a few minutes. Here's what to expect:
Step 1 — Complete this form
Tell us about your business and your requested credit limit. We'll review your application and carry out a credit assessment using an external credit reference agency.
Step 2 — Sign your Personal Credit Guarantee
Once we've reviewed your application, each director, proprietor or partner will receive a document to sign electronically via Electronic Signature. You'll verify your identity with a quick SMS code sent to your mobile — the whole process takes around 5 minutes.
Step 3 — Account activation
We aim to confirm your credit account and limit within 5 working days of receiving your signed guarantee.
Please have the name, email address and mobile number for each director, proprietor or partner to hand before you start — you will need them for this form for verification of the guarantee.
