Install heat pumps under our MCS certification.

The MCS Master Partner Plan lets you offer MCS-accredited heat pump installations without holding your own certification — we handle design, compliance and certification while you focus on the installation.

What you get

Why join the MCS Master Partner Plan?

Offer fully certified installations — with the design, paperwork and grant admin handled by our team.

No paperwork burden

We manage MCS documentation, building-regulations notifications, DNO applications and certification. You focus on the installation.

Expert system design

Our engineers provide complete system designs with MIS 3005-D-compliant heat-loss calculations, equipment specifications and schematics.

Technical support

Guidance from our experienced technical team throughout the installation, with phone support and site visits available when needed.

Equipment at trade prices

Heat pumps, cylinders and components supplied at trade prices through your Thermal Earth account.

Room to grow

Enter the heat pump market without the cost and complexity of maintaining MCS certification — build experience and grow at your own pace.

Who it's for

The Master Partner Plan suits installers at every stage.

From first heat pump to a full renewables order book, the plan is built around the work you already do.

  • Heating & plumbing engineers

Looking to enter the renewable energy sector.

  • Newly qualified heat pump engineers

Ready to put a Domestic Heat Pump qualification to work.

  • Non-MCS installers

Who want to offer government funding to their customers.

  • Single-technology MCS installers

Approved for air source or ground source only and looking to diversify.

  • Installers who want back-up

Extra support with heat pump installations, without all the paperwork.

How it works

A structured route from enquiry to certification.

A simple, repeatable process for every partner installation.

Estimates & quoting

We provide an initial estimate from property details, then visit the site with you to complete heat-loss calculations and produce a detailed quotation.

Ordering & documentation

The customer signs with Thermal Earth — essential for MCS compliance. We handle sub-contractor agreements, deposits and equipment for delivery.

Pre-install meeting & install

Our project team meets you on site to review technical requirements. You complete the installation to our design, with technical support throughout.

Commissioning & certification

A Thermal Earth engineer commissions the system, completes handover, issues the MCS certificate, submits the BUS grant application and settles your payment.
