You may qualify for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme — we handle the application.
Eligible air-to-water or ground-source heat pump installations receive £7,500. If your property has no mains gas connection and you are replacing oil or LPG heating, the grant is £9,000 for applications properly made from 21 July 2026 to 31 March 2027. We check eligibility for your home.

Do I need planning permission for air source?
Usually not — most installations are permitted development when the conditions and MCS 020 sound assessment are met. Listed buildings and conservation areas can change that; we check your exact address first.
What about a listed building or conservation area?
Extra consents can apply, and unit position and pipe routes need sensitive handling — which is design work we enjoy. We coordinate it early so there are no surprises.
Will a heat pump lower my heating bills?
It can — the honest comparison uses your home's heat demand, the fuel you're replacing and your tariff. We'll show you those numbers before you commit.
