You may qualify for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme — and we handle the application. Nest and Green Homes Wales can help eligible households further.
Eligible air-to-water or ground-source heat pump installations receive £7,500. If your property has no mains gas connection and you are replacing oil or LPG heating, the grant is £9,000 for applications properly made from 21 July 2026 to 31 March 2027. We check eligibility for your home.
Does air source work in a terrace?
Yes — terraces are everyday work for us. The craft is in the unit position and pipe routes, and we check both at the survey before recommending anything.
Can I keep my radiators?
Often, yes. Heat pumps run at lower temperatures, so we measure each room's radiators — many Llanelli homes keep most of them, some swap one or two.
Do I need planning permission?
Usually not — Welsh permitted development covers most homes when the conditions are met. We check your address as part of the survey, so there are no surprises.
How quickly can you get to us?
We're in Capel Hendre, fifteen minutes away — surveys, installs and service visits all come from there. It's about as local as heat-pump engineering gets.
