You may qualify for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme — and we handle the application.
Eligible air-to-water or ground-source heat pump installations receive £7,500. If your property has no mains gas connection and you are replacing oil or LPG heating, the grant is £9,000 for applications properly made from 21 July 2026 to 31 March 2027. We check eligibility for your home.
Welsh Government's Green Homes Wales scheme can also help with advice and finance. We'll walk you through what applies to your home at the survey.

Will my radiators cope?
We measure room-by-room heat loss and radiator output. Many homes keep every radiator; some swap one or two for comfort.
What permissions apply?
Most installs are permitted development. Listed homes and conservation areas — Mumbles has its share — can need consent, and we check for you.
What will it cost to run?
That depends on your home, your tariff and the fuel you're leaving behind. Off oil or LPG the savings are usually strongest — we'll show you the numbers for your own house, not an average.
