Eligible air-to-water or ground-source heat pump installations receive £7,500. If your property has no mains gas connection and you are replacing oil or LPG heating, the grant is £9,000 for applications properly made from 21 July 2026 to 31 March 2027. We check eligibility for your home.

Can a heat pump work with my existing radiators?
Often, yes — where each radiator can deliver its room's heat at the lower water temperature. We measure every room; many homes keep most of what they have.
Do I need planning permission?
Usually not — Welsh permitted development covers most homes. Listed buildings, conservation areas and the World Heritage Site setting can change that, and we check your exact address first.
Do I need a big garden for ground source?
Not always. Trenches need land, but boreholes suit tighter plots where access and ground conditions work — our own rigs handle both.
