How The Master Partner Plan Works

A simple, structured process from customer enquiry to completion.

1
Estimates & Quoting

We provide an initial estimate based on property details. Once interest is confirmed, we visit the site with you to complete heat loss calculations and produce a detailed quotation.

2
Ordering & Documentation

Customer signs with Thermal Earth (essential for MCS compliance). We handle sub-contractor agreements, take deposits, and marshal equipment for delivery.

3
Pre-Installation Meeting & Installing

Our project team meets you on-site to review technical requirements. You complete the physical installation following our design and specification with technical support throughout.

4
Commissioning & Certification

A Thermal Earth engineer commissions the system, completes customer handover, issues the MCS certificate, submits the BUS grant application, and we settle your payment.
