Air Source Heat Pump Servicing

It is a requirement to maintain a manufacturer's warranty to service an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) annually.

Thermal Earth can offer servicing of an ASHP and our domestic service (up to 22kW) includes:

• First 30 miles travelling from our Head Office
• Engineer on site for up to 1.5 hours
• Check system operation and system settings
• Clean heating system filter
• Check the external evaporator heat exchanger
• Check the heating system's anti-freeze level
• Check system expansion vessels
• Domestic hot water cylinder and pressure relief valves (PRV's) operation check
• Tightening of electrical connection and anti-vibration mounts
• Ensure no leaks
• Check Hot Water pasteurisation settings
• Record system operation parameters

The cost of service for an air source heat pump up to 22kW is £150 +VAT

The cost of service for an air source heat pump up to 45kW is £330 +VAT

Additional notes:

• The above does not include any additional anti-freeze that may be required. This will be quoted at the time of the works as it can vary greatly between properties.
• Does not include any component replacement outside of warranty. The workmanship warranty is two years, manufacturers' warranties vary and apply from the date of commissioning. Please see the Terms and Conditions from your original purchase.
• Additional mileage will be quoted at the time of enquiry. We will do our best to arrange multiple works in an area to minimise costs.
