Fault Finding and technical supportHeat Pump Fault Finding

We provide a fault finding and technical support service for MasterTherm approved installers. Heating systems can be highly complex with many different components to consider which can make identifying the cause of a problem time consuming and complicated. We use specialist equipment do help determine where the fault lies, considering the heat pump, distribution system and controls.

As the official UK distributor of MasterTherm heat pumps, we're also able to remotely monitor and check each heat pump and make adjustments to the system to improve operation. This solution enables us to provide a free and fast service to our Partner Installer Network, which in turn enables them to provide a first class service to their end customer.
