Water's Edge, an exquisite new luxury family home, presented a unique opportunity for the homeowners to create a fully renewable heating system for their contemporary residence. Boasting 4 large bedrooms, a master suite, and an array of premium amenities such as a cinema room, sauna, steam room, gym, and indoor/outdoor pool spread across three levels, the property sought a cutting-edge heating solution. The expertise of Thermal Earth was engaged to meticulously assess the property's requirements and design the most efficient and sustainable heating system for this prestigious project.

After a thorough evaluation, a comprehensive system design was tailored to meet the property's specific needs. The chosen solution involved the installation of 4 x MasterTherm AQ45i ground source heat pumps, housed in purpose-built plant rooms.  These advanced MasterTherm units offered the versatility of providing heating, hot water, and passive cooling, enabling the property to meet its demands efficiently and effectively.
