Biomass Boiler - What is a biomass boiler?

A biomass boiler is designed to burn solid fuels which can be grown classed as 'biomass' to create heat. There are many manufacturers and models of biomass boilers, each designed to burn specific materials, from timber to waste agricultural materials such as straw and grain husks. The most common form of biomass fuel used in biomass boilers wood logs, wood chip and wood pellets.
