Commercial-Care Service Plan

Thermal Earth’s Commercial-Care package gives you complete peace of mind in the event of an issue with your heating or hot water system. This package is tailored to customers whose business relies on a full operational heating or hot water system and gives you priority call-out support as detailed below. Our Commercial-Care package includes an annual maintenance visit for a full system check-up during which our engineer will ensure that your appliance and system is operating effectively. Additionally, when on a Care plan you can benefit from discounted engineer labour rates and discounted spare parts when required.

Service Plan response times

Thermal Earth will schedule the planned annual maintenance visit with you with no mileage charge, usually during the off-peak (Summer/Autumn) season.  In the unlikely event of a fault or issue we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible and guarantee to be with you within 24 hours.

With this plan you will get priority support in the event of an issue and a 24 hour maximum response time for an engineer on site if reported before 12pm for an Emergency* or a heating and hot water issue. For Commercial-Care customers, Saturday call-outs are available (charges apply).

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are to paid annually on the anniversary of the commencement of the plan.
